Apart from the day and overnight tours and safaris that we offer, we also offer a reliable chauffeur service - ANYWHERE, ANYTIME - ON TIME.

OUR VEHICLES:

Our vehicles come with:

• Airconditioning
• Vehicle insurance
• Passenger liability insurance
• Public liability insurance
• Road permits
• Tracker (Vehicle recovery)
• Qualified drivers.  Our drivers are trained and possess the necessary qualifications and documents i.e. a driver’s license and public driver’s permit. For this permit each chauffeur is confirmed to have:
  • Good health
  • An unendorsed Driver’s license.
  • No criminal record
• Qualified tour guides:  Our guides are registered and have an intimate knowledge of all the regions that we operate in.
• Two-way communication with our office:  All our drivers / tour guides carry cellular phones and are in constant contact with our Operations Office

AIRPORT TRANSFERS

Ulysses Tours & Safaris offers private door-to-door transfers between the all the major airports in South Africa and various destinations.

Travellers are met with a personalized name board and are assisted with foreign exchange before being transferred to their destination.  No more waiting for scheduled public transport – our punctual service will meet you on time at any time to any destination.

FLEXI CHAUFFEUR

We know the best routes and places.  Don’t waste your time travelling in unknown areas – rather spend it preparing for the meeting while being transferred by one of our courteous chauffeurs.  Chauffeurs can be booked per hour and will drive you from appointment to appointment – removing the inconvenience of parking problems and public transport.  We are at your disposal based on your business itinerary.

FLEXI TOUR GUIDE

Be a back seat driver!  Recognising that every customer is an individual, this service caters for the tourist who prefers not to be bound by a scheduled tour and other tourists.  Please note that entrance fees are excluded. 

INSURANCE: THEFT AND ACCIDENT

No more insurance or excess payable!  In the unlikely event of a car theft or car accident, no excess is payable as this is included in the tariff quoted.  Our vehicles are covered by R10 million per incident for public liability insurance.  SANTAM Policy number: 28/62808910232/3
